Important Note for Customers: To confirm and process your order, a Rs. 200 advance payment is required. The remaining balance will be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD). The Rs. 200 advance is NOT an extra fee; it will be subtracted from your total bill.

Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • To prevent fake or unverified orders, F.Fragrance requires a non-refundable advance payment of Rs. 200 via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.

  • Once you place your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS with payment details.

  • Your order will only be processed and dispatched after the Rs. 200 advance is received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pricing

  • The Rs. 200 advance will be deducted from your final invoice.

  • Example: If your total bill is Rs. 2,500, you pay Rs. 200 in advance, and the remaining Rs. 2,300 will be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) to the rider.

  • We offer Free Shipping all across Pakistan on all orders.

Delivery Timelines

  • Main Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

  • Note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
