Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrances, we maintain a strict but fair exchange policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Damaged or Wrong Items (Valid Claims)

  • We offer exchanges only if the product arrives damaged (broken bottle, leaking spray), or if you received the wrong fragrance.

  • To claim an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item right after opening the courier flyer/box.

  • Claims must be reported to our WhatsApp customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply do not like the scent after opening and spraying it. Fragrance preference is subjective, and we cannot resell an opened bottle.

  • If the item is completely unopened and the cellophane seal is intact, an exchange can be processed. However, the customer will be responsible for sending the parcel back to our warehouse at their own expense.

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds. In case of a valid damaged/wrong item claim where a replacement is out of stock, a store voucher or online transfer for the exact amount will be provided.

  • The Rs. 200 advance payment is non-refundable if you refuse the parcel at your doorstep upon delivery.
